Orders and Custom Products
Many of our products are made specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for their orders, including names, spelling, wording, photos, colors, sizes, and other personalization details.
Please carefully review all information provided before approving your order.
Once a personalized design or order has been approved, production may begin.
Final Sale Policy
Personalized and custom-made products are final sale because they are created specifically for the customer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or provides
incorrect personalization information.
If CRK Designs and More makes an error in the personalization or creates an item differently from the approved order, please contact us so we can work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Because our products may be made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
If CRK Designs and More LLC is unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and ship orders within the timeframe communicated to the customer.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
CRK Designs and More LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.
If a package arrives damaged, customers should keep the item, packaging, and shipping materials and contact the shipping carrier regarding an applicable claim.
Customers are also encouraged to contact CRK Designs and More promptly so that we can document the issue and provide any information available from our records.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted for an order.
This includes, but is not limited to, names, spelling, dates, photographs, colors, sizes, design choices, and other personalization details.
CRK Designs and More is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided or approved by the customer.
Payments
Orders must be paid according to the payment options available through our website.
An order may not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Product Images and Colors
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on a customer’s device, screen settings, lighting, materials, and other factors. Slight variations may occur because many of our products are handmade or personalized.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created by CRK Designs and More LLC, including logos, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and other original materials, belongs to CRK Designs and More LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide any photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials they request us to use in a custom product.
